i believe thats all you need, MILS, or if you have a Diablo/XCal you can just turn-off the rear o2's

edit - just noticed you have an 04, now someone correct me if im wrong but i believe youll need o2 extensions aswell.

personally since you have a 4v, id go for a catted X pipe...much cleaner sound.

we put an H on my car last week sounds like a truck. its horrible. bassani + H = bad. but it sounds amazing with the x. i love the tone the x gives. plus, the H drones 100000x more than the x

id say yea, but since its an 04 i still believe you need the o2 extensions, but no need for the MIL eliminators.
