How to make off road mid pipe appear emissions legal?

Hey whats up guys...I have a catted xpipe on my car now and i want to get a o/r but in the good ol state of ga its against the law. I was wondering if anyone new any tricks to get around the emission law...I was thinking about making it look like it has cats but really doesn't....

do they do the sniffer test or just plug in to your obd II port? If they just plug in to your car then when you get the MIL eliminators (which are required to run an o/r midpipe on newer stangs) your car will pass b/c the MILs trick the computer into thinking you have cats... if they do a sniffer test then it will be pretty tough to pass it w/o the cats...
