Fits all 99 - 04 Mustangs. Stainless Steel with Magnaflow high flow cats. Used for about 9,000 mi. Longtubes are getting installed tomorrow, so pipe will be ready to go by Thursday night. $350 + shipping

no. it came with cats. sold it last week.
