Be careful with those tires and the snow. My dad used to sell the shit outta them and almost everyone he sold them to came back and complained about snow packing in the tread. Looks good though.

yeh, i read that they had a pretty good rating in the snow....but i bet once you get in some good packing snow, i don't doubt that they will pack the tread up.

---thanks for the compliments guys.

yah, i was looking at rangers....i dono if you saw my thread....but figured a jeep was right down my alley....4 door....4x4...lots of room to put whatever the hell i want in it.

yeah my dads ranger came with them and he traded them the day after because of the road noise and the snow thing.

road noise isn't bad at all....well it was bad when i drove it off the lot, because they were only at like 25psi or so....so i upped it up to 35psi...and the noise went away.....max psi on the tires are 50 psi, so i could even go to 40 or 45psi easy this time of year to increase gas mileage, and the temperature is only going to decrease

10 degree temperature change = 1psi flucuation in your tires.

but...35 seems suitable as of now.

and according to tirerack, the got an "excellent" rating for light and deep snow traction.

and im not 100% positive, but i heard that you are supposed to lower the pressure in your tires for off-road terrain and snow, sand etc.....its all about the proper inflation to my understanding.

yah, when i was looking around for cars, one sales man said (he had an off roading jeep club) that one member has 300,000 miles on his jeep.

i think it needs some new plugs and plug wires...and the front diff is dripping a little bit....but nothing i can't handle....runs pretty good.
