Hey everyone. I'm new here and also new to the whole mustang scene. I guess a good way to start it off would to be with a 2010 mustang gt in sunset gold :). I'm looking into exhaust now and some other mods. I was wounder what's better axle back or cat back? Also have been on YouTube checking out some of the videos and wasn't impressed with some of them. What would give me the best hp gain and also be the loudest. Also considering and h pype or x pype. Which ones better to go with, and if it's not done through ford does it void the warranty? Also rim size, how does that effect your performance? What is a good size? I have stock 19" on the car now ( I would like to get a matte black set since I had some matte black vintage boss look alike decals made up). What are some reccomendations? Thank you.

As far as exhaust recommendations everyone is going to have different taste at the end of the day. You just need to keep searching youtube for the sound that you like. Remember online videos will NEVER do justice compared to hearing in person.
Adding an H or X pipe will wake up the exhaust even more. An H pipe will give you more of a deep muscle car tone, where as an X pipe will sound more like a race car and a bit of rasp. I have a Bassani off road (no cats) X with stock mufflers at the moment. It sounds good but it is very loud and very raspy. I have high flow cats which I'm about to put on when I add my axle back which will tone it down. I'm currently trying to decide myself between Bassani Race and Borla Stingers. Like I said though everyone has differing tastes so you just have to find what you like. Exhaust will not void your warranty unless your car developed a problem directly because of the exhaust.
The bigger the wheel, performance and ride would be slightly downgraded. Most of the time people upgrade the tires at the same time though.

We have the same model. Where you able to get some new rim and tire packages (http://www.carparts.com/Rim-Tire-Packages/600022836.car) for it? I am planning to change my stock.
