I know there has to be some trick to get the old stock H off. I have been able to get all the bolts off with not to much effort but the last one on the flat flange passenger side is being a real pain. Seems like the O2 sensor is in the way but i don't have enough room to get a wrench ( i think 22mm) up there an turn it out. Any simple solutions to getting that lower flange bolt out?

We just swapped out Swiss' H pipe not to long ago and it went pretty well. If memory serves me correct those were 15mm nuts and I was able to get the bottom bolt with a long extension and the top bolt needed the long extension and a swivel.

Mine are 18mm and even with a universal joint 3/8 drive i still cant get it to turn. my 1/2 drive extensions are to thick to fit up in there. so far the 2 drivers side and upper passenger side came off no problem but there seems to be no good angle to get to this last one.

Try a longer 3/8 extension and you should be able to hit it straight on. You need about 10-12" worth of extension. Don't we all, haha.

My 18mm shallow socket and u joint is to long to fit straight on the stud. I am going to try to get that O2 sensor out but it will still be like a 45 or 60 degree angle from down below..
