Hi There
could anybody help me here? I am trying to do something nice and at the same time kind of evil
I would like to know if it is possible to install new mufllers which exit at the side of the car, in front or the rear tires, but I am looking for that sound that is more like the muscle cars of the 60's, may be similar to the original cobras, not the mustang cobra.
At the same time, I would not like those exhaust systems that make a lot of "resonance" noise inside the cabin, sometimes you could not even listen to the radio.
Is there any system at all in the market? or do I have to make it myself?
please help

One of the things you must get when doing a side exit exhaust system is get some rocker panels (side skirts) that have outlet holes for the exhaust tips. You don't want to run the tips under the rocker panels because they will be too close to the ground and will easily get damaged.

I don't know of any company right now that makes rockers panels for side exit exhaust for the 2010 Mustang or Shelby. But, keep an eye on Cervinis as they made a kit for the 2005-09 Mustangs and they might make one for the 2010.

is it possible not to change the exhaust pipe tubings (http://www.carparts.com/Exhaust-Pipes-Tubing/600022960.car) whenever I am changing my muffler? I really wanted to change my mufflers but I am abit wary about my exhaust system.
