Hey guys,
Just bought a 2010 Mustang GT and I'm looking to buy an exhaust (Not sure if full exhaust or just axel-back). Before I bought the car I was dead set on SLP Loudmouths, but now I am second guessing myself. Any opinions? I want a deep tone that has a good idle, but won't lose it's girth at higher RPM's. I'm looking at SLP, Borla, and Bassani. Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Also considering the Roush Catback. Anyone have/heard this setup?

the Roush system has the mid muffler system and I have heard only good things on the boards about them GL
If you're considering the SLP LoudMouth then you should also look into the BoomTube axle-back. Nice DEEP rumble.

Thanks guys
One more quick question. Do you think it would be bad to put the exhaust on now? Or should I wait for my car to break in a little bit? Thanks again.

Putting on an axleback is quite easy. Just take off the hangers (2 each side) take you time and still can do it in little over an hour. I back mine up on some ramps to give me plenty of room to work. As for the catback system it is still quite easy just need to put it on a lift to get everything lined up.
You don't need to let the car break in to install an axle-back - it won't hurt anything.
Btw, let's see your new 2010 Mustang! Post some pics!

Can't go wrong with any of those exhaust systems. Really comes down to how loud you want it to be, and what exhaust tone you're lookin' for.

Hey everyone I got my custom ordered GT(Pearl) back in july, and am now ready to start tricking it out.
Figured Ford Racing axle back mufflers, and was thinking about O/R H-Pipes dipped in Black Ceramic, how does that sound?
Congrats on the new car! We'll be glad to help you find an exhaust system you'll like.
One tip though, it's considered bad forum etiquette to post your own particular question(s) on someone else's conversation thread. It's called hi-jacking a thread. Go ahead and post a new thread about your car in this forum by clicking here (http://www.mustangexhaust.com/forums/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=8) and we'll pick it up from there.
Thanks!
