04 GT fog lamps

got water in one of my factory fog lights and it went out, then a week or so later the other one went out, but no water in it. the light on the button won't even come on when you push it. fuse is fine. anyone else had this happen? can i just replace the bulbs or do i need all new fog lights? thx.

maybe you just have to check some of your wirings, maybe your electrical connections got grounded or jammed.
