Will 315-35-40 tires on 10.5" rims rub rear suspension parts on '99 GT?

Hi guys, i don't post that much, but I really need your assistance. I'm thinking about getting bullit deep dish wheels for my 1999 Mustang GT. I'm thinking 315-35-17 Nitto's for the 10.5 rim. However my concern is if they will fit finewith out rubbing. Will they rub the quad shocks or anything like that. My car has the pro kit installed as well. Please let me know guys.

will it fit or did it fit? I am also planning to get that but the only problem is that I am not sure if it will fit my uro parts (http://www.carparts.com/URO-PARTS-Parts/4199997479-10618.car) suspension. Hope it does fit.
