hey guys i need some ideas or help..i just got done putting on my ceramic coated longtubes so im driving to the muffler shop to get my longtubes connected and the car keeps dying on me at every stop light it also feels really weak.. ok at first i think maybe the open longtubes are messing up my idle or something. no worries im sure after i get the exhaust connected it will clear up. so i fire her up and are waiting to hear it .. but to my amaze it sounds way quieter then before , i know its not my imagination cause alot of the rasp and crackle pop it had before is gone. and to finish it off its still dying on me. ive noticed its alot weaker it seems like the longtubes made it worse. already checked o2 sensors, the coils, egr connected and couldnt fine any vacuem lines unplugged either. also changed the plugs to brand new ones ... any ideas :dunno:

No back pressure would be my guess on everything..

You may need a custom tune

I agree with Torch - may be the lack of back pressure if your car is N/A

I dunno, youll most probobly need a tune but I dont see why the car would be dying because of back pressure issues.

You need a tune, you have a lot more exhaust flowing out of the engine right now.
