From the information I've been able to gather and the pictures I've seen, it looks like the main mechanicals of the 2010 Mustang V6 are carry-over from the current V6. It's very likely that the headers and mid-pipes will be the same as the current parts, but I would expect the axle-backs to be different due to the new rear bumper cover. If this is true it will be beneficial for those people who buy the 2010 V6 as currently available headers and mid-pipes would fit from day 1. Axle-backs are fairly easy for manufacturers to develop compared to headers so they will probably be available fairly soon after the car hits the showroom floor.
