hmmm, overall i kinda dont like it. the rear looks horrible to me, and not too fond of the stock wheels. front and side looks good. interior looks nice as well. i guess im too stuck on the 99-04 body style.

It looks alright hopefully the motor gets up graded cause of the camaros engine and horse power.FORD PUT A BIGGER MOTOR IN IT!!!!!!! AND MORE HP:burnout:

i think it looks alright, a lot less boxy than the 05's. I like the rims and the front grill, looks more aggressive.
I still think that the side panels just look a little too big, they need to be broken up a little bit, or they need to recline the driver more so its not such a tall car, or something.

doesn't look like they changed TOO much though....just a little bit here and there, a little more curvy, a little different design.

heres the new motor package a WHOPING EXTRA 15 HP. good thing people waited for the 2010 mustang to come out and they didnt just pick up an 05+ cause they are WAY FASTER then the older models.
I'm also disappointed in the mild power bump. I was hoping Ford would increase it to at least 330 hp. Oh well, at least the new interior seems to be a big winner which is great because that's the part you interact with the most. Overall, I give it an 8 out of 10.

P.S.
One thing I forgot about is that the 2010 GT uses the adaptive tuning PCM that will bump up power when you fill it up with higher octane fuel. The 315 hp rating is with regular gas, so perhaps we'll see an additional 8-10 hp with premium fuel, bumping up the power rating to a more respectable 323-325 hp.

The 08 Bullitt comes with that. It wont be enough power though. The new camaro v6 has 300hp...

any word on a different motor in 2011 or are we stuck with the 4.6 for another 4-5 years?
I've heard different things about the 2011 engine options. There seems to be some talk about a modular 5.0 making an appearance, but at this point it's anybody's guess.
For the GT I'd like to see either a 4.6L aluminum supercharged DOHC engine (similar to 03-04 Cobra) making 400 hp, or a high revving 5.0L naturally aspirated DOHC engine making 400 hp. Either one would be cool.

I just really hope they step it up asap....I dont want to have to laugh when I see a V6 Camaro beat a new GT...(although it would kick my cars ass as well I suppose)

your right the pcm option is pretty cool. but im still unimpressed as weve agreed on with the mild power increase. especially since the new camaro is comming out and the challenger as well even with the RT having 35 hp)i believe. I know weve agreed on it, but i feel better mentioning yet again that im dissapointed lol thanks for the venting. and
kudos to the new 5.0 if they do it!
One advantage we should keep in mind is that the Camaro and Challenger are about 300 to 500 lbs heavier than the 2010 Mustang. That closes the gap a little.
