Some bitch in a Saturn pulled out in front of me...I almost saved the car...but bought the corner as I'm sure you seen from the pic...

I was hopeing they could fix it...but the initial estimate was $14,000 so sadly they wrote it off...

AND...I had just put my new seat mod in which gave the 6'3" Ghost an extra 2 inches of leg room and let me tell you it was like night and day...

Only thing I saved out of it was the mach 1 shift knob lol, which now turns out to be a Mooo point...cause appearntly the mach 1 already comes with the mach 1 shift knob lol

And I would have kept my exhaust, springs, STB etc.

But my initial plans were to not get another mustang...I was thinking about getting a corvette or a caddilac CTS V

But I've been bit by the mustang bug and you know what...it's hard to let go...and I figured...I know how they feel to drive...I like them...my brother likes working on them...so in the end...that's what I did

I have some future plans for it...but you'll have to wait and see...lol

Yeah that bug is hard to get rid of, no vaccine that I know of. At least you didn't get hurt but losing your pride and joy can be worse sometimes. I'm sure you replayed that whole shunt over and over in your head a million times. I got tagged in the rear about two months ago. A small gouge and minor paint, unless I told you you'd never even know it was there. But that first week I was so pissed. The guy paid out of pocket ($586) so it's all good. I'll have to post some pics in another thread to show how little damage there actually was, but yeah...........................let the modding begin!!!!!!!!!

it is never the same after a wreck...although my car handles the same, the front tires wear wierd, and it has been on an alignment rack 3 times since the wreck and still no change in tire wear...

in a way i wish they would have totaled mine, but i think im more happy i still got mine.

That does blow man. But, atleast it worked out in the end. And you didnt get hurt.

What did you do to your seat to get you 2 more inches? (Insert joke here). Cause Im 6' 4" and everytime I drive my buddies 03 I hate it cause you have no leg room.

Damn Saturns! :cursing: Well, good to hear that you are OK physically. That really, really sucks man. Very sorry to hear aboot it. If that happened to me and I ended getting another, better Stang, I'd lament the loss of mine. :crying:
