Forum updates

I've changed the display order of some of the forums to hopefully make it more appealing. Also, all the Sound Clips and Reviews sub-forums have been converted to hyperlinks to the respective place in the new sound clips library. Any threads that were in those sub-forums have been moved up one level to their parent forum. Finally, I've added two new forums in the Tech section. One is Mustang Exhaust Brands and the other is Installation and Troubleshooting, which are self-explanatory as to what are their focus.

I'm going to be experimenting with the layout of the posts as well as the overall look of the forums in the next few days. Just an FYI in case you start to see things differently.
