CA Smog Help

I got a '96 GT with hollowed cats. It failed smog once already. The score was like 650 and i need like 450 to pass. Will replacing two of the cats make it pass.

I would think so. CA has some crazy hard sniff rules and it's tough to pass w/ mods. Even though my exhaust is 200% legal, I still switched to the stock H to make sure I passed.
