Cobra=Gone

Sold the Cobra, new owner is picking it up on saterday. Decided after the intercooler build that I didn't want it anymore. Getting out of the Mustang world. Should have sold the car before I went to college but instead I let it sit in a garage for 4 years and waste money on it while it wasn't even being driven. Impractical for somebody 22 yrs old having two cars. Selling both and getting a nice S4. Here are the last pictures:

It is going to be a Dolphin Grey S4 with black interior. Can't wait. Already have exhaust ordered and a tuning session setup.

I'll tell you something though, it was VERY difficult seeing somebody drive away in the Cobra. It went to a very nice home, he is going to use it as a weekend racer. He already owns another 97 Cobra bone stock but wanted another one with a lot of MODs. Gave him a good deal on it. Was very sad seeing the car pass by my house for the last time. Put a lot of work into that car and it was difficult to see it go. The S4 isn't nearly as fast as the cobra was but ill tell you something, I've been in love with the S4 ever since I drove my friends 2 years ago. I'll own another Cobra when I finish law school and get a job.

Why can't people control themselves? It must be something with cars on this forum. Think I remember Robbie's car having some bad luck after he sold it. Got an email from the owner of my car asking me what clutch to buy, he melted it, wtf?

Awww, he was just having a little fun. I think the fact that it's a pre-owned car has a lot to do with it. Most figure bugs are worked out and everything else is broken/bedded in so let's beat on it. How many miles were on the clutch when you sold her?
