I currently have the borla stinger catback system and I am looking for a midpipe and headers. I really want quality and the best performance without losing that throaty sound of the borla. I was thinking of pairing it with the SLP Long tube headers and the slp catted midpipe. Does anyone know how this setup would turn out for me (hp increase, sound quality)????

that would sound excellent...SLP is top notch in quality...what do you have done to the car??? reason I ask is long tubes will actually hurt your performance if your car is still mostly stock...but if you planning a power adder at some point...then can improve performance...but still minimal

the X will make it a little more exotic than an H pipe...if you want to go with an H...I suggest MRT or Mac Powder Coated...

Hope this helps...

Agree with Ghost....

If you want to keep that deep throaty sound of Borla then I think you'd be best going with an H pipe vs. an X pipe. H pipes are deeper and will help keep that throaty sound moreso than an X. Check out the old video of mine that I think is still in my signature. If it doesn't work then I'll repost it. I have the Borla Stinger catback with a catted Mac H and stock headers.

Anymore questions just post 'em up or feel free to PM me as well
