Hey whats up everyone, Ive been looking at the different posts thats on here and I had to join :thumbsup: . I own a 87 T-Top Mustang GT, which Im finishing up. I hope to have pics of it posted within the week. Im currently gettting the car prepped for new paint. I am the other 87 TTop owner on the board that Ghost was talking about.

I plan on painting mine once the weather breaks.

What color are you going to paint yours, and what other mods do you have besides exhaust, if I may ask?

Its gonna be black, im using single stage with the clear mixed in, Omni is the paint Im using. Yea its gonna be a stroker in there, Im gonna just add heads and a good induction system. But its not gonna be drag car or anything like that, Im building it mainly to cruise and beat up on the imports ocaisonally, lol. I hope to have the car done this summer, but my job takes up alot of my time.

Good choice on color, that is the same color I want to paint mine.

I went to the body/frame shop that welded in my subframe connectors and they quoted me $4500 to do all the paint and body work. That is a wee bit steep for my budget at the moment, even though I have seen their work and the car would look like new money when they finished it.

Maaco and Schieb are out the question, I refuse to pay somebody to mess up my car.

Like you, I don't have an abundance of time on my hands, but I am going to attempt to paint the car myself once the weather gets a bit warmer here.
