You agree to access and use the Mustangexhaust.com Forums only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations.
User Conduct Agreement
By accessing Mustangexhaust.com Forums, you agree that you will not:
Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, obscene, vulgar, profane, or indecent information of any kind. Personal attacks of any nature will not be allowed or tolerated. If you disagree with another member's point of view, do so in a mature and civil manner. If you feel you must respond to a flame or insult directly, please do NOT do so on the board. Use private messages or e-mail. If someone is harassing you contact a moderator or report the thread. Also, you can add the user to your "Ignore List" and the forum software will automatically omit any posts by that user so you don't have to see their posts any longer."
Use vulgar language. Please censor your language appropriately so as to not be overly offensive. Many people are deeply offended by vulgar language. Replacing only one or two letters in an expletive by using characters (! for "I", $ for "S", etc) is not acceptable.
Post or transmit any information, pictures, graphics, or other material which violates or infringes in the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or proprietary right.
Post or transmit "spam", or advertise businesses/vendors who are not approved by Mustangexhaust.com staff. Soliciting for members of this site to go and join another site is also considered spam. Mentioning another site for reference or as an information source is acceptable and encouraged, however - direct or indirect solicitation aimed at MX members to bolster other site's membership is inappropriate and subject to disciplinary action
Post or transmit any classified ads for the sale and/or trade of weapons and firearms. Casual conversation, be it military related, hunting, skeet shooting, or related are allowed. There are federal laws on the shipping of firearms/weapons to other states and certain licenses are required.
Post or transmit any information on illicit drugs/narcotics or their use.
Post or transmit any information, executable file or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component.
Alter, damage or delete any content, post, or other communications that are not your own or to otherwise interfere with the ability of others to access the Mustangexhaust.com Forums.
Disrupt the normal flow of communication in the forum. "Trolling", or makings posts with the sole intention of creating problems on the forums is obviously against the forum rules. This includes registering an alternate ID for the sole purpose of creating problems on the forums.
Post or transmit any information attacking Mustangexhaust.com and/or its policies. Posting a thread or reply to question or criticize a moderator(s) or an administrator(s) actions is not appropriate in a public forum. Please utilize the board's Private Message function, or e-mail, We will do our best to address your concerns fairly and promptly.
We (Mustangexhaust.com and its duly appointed agents) reserves the right to delete any post or picture that we feel is objectionable solely at our discretion and without prior consent or notification.
