see you bought yours bro and diamler chrysler is handing out HUGE rebates right now something like 8k cash back. im more of a leasing type of guy so leasing works a little differently. Its based more on how much the vehicle is worth at the end of the lease. dodges (no offense) have a lower residual value then GM's but a higher residual value then fords believe it or not(depending on the vehicle). BUT i believe the dodge i was looking at (after rebates) came out to the exact same price as the hummer. The hummers sticker listed as 33730 and i got it down to about 29k then made the lease. The dodges was about 36 sticker plus the 8k in rebates which brought the actual price of the dodge lower but the residual value of the hummer was better so i got a MUCH lower monthly payment (around 70$ less). but i imagine if i had purchased the trucks both hummer and dodge were offering 0% so the monthly payments would have been the same.
ohh and my car was NOMONEY down as well and if you lease. you should always put no money down, you could drive that thing off the lot total in and never see a dime of your money back ever.

wassup Yiot, I didn't know it was u till i read your post in the noob section. Your right, GM's hold there value a bit better. I really wanted a new 4 door short box silverado or avalanche but I couldn't see spending 33600 when i could ge tthe hemi for only 26100. I've never owned a dodge but there was something that just kept me coming back to look at it. NOw that I've had it for a while I just love the look with the 20's and this new edge style. Kinda the same way I kept being drawn the my Bullitt when I already my 90 GT which was still really nice. It runs like a raped ape, sounds sweet(very important to me) and after my 6 year 75000 mile waranty is up I might just get another.
Godd luck with your new ride, I'd be heartbroken if i sold my stangs to get a nicer truck than the one i ahve now (also a reason I looked at a dodge in the first place)
